Family Play Centre Extension

CTY Air Conditioning delivered Mittagong RSL Club, Family Play Centre Extension mechanical package in 2023.

The new Family Play Centre extension features:

• Extension and refurbishment of the Club to create an additional 900m2ofnew floor area as well as another 750m2of refurbished space.
• New 9m high, double-height space for a MASSIVE Tabatinga kids play area complete with café, kitchen, outdoor dining terrace, indoor dining space, toddler’s room, two party rooms, a parent’s rooms and amenities areas.
• Refurbishment of the existing bistro outdoor dining terrace, a new pastry kitchen and pre-function amenities.
• Supply and installation of multiple Daikin VRV heat recovery systems, rooftop Seeley climate wizard evaporative coolers, motorised fire/smoke outside air systems, 2-stageTemperzone package system to serve the large Tabatinga play centre, and extensive play equipment, kitchen mechanical and fire pump room ventilation services.
