Located at the David Phillips Sports Complex in Daceyville, this facility services rugby across the state, acting as a central hub for games at all levels from the professional arm through to academy and grassroots programs.

The new two-storey Centre of Excellence features:

• Brand new international standard rugby field
• 500m2 gym facility
• 3 change rooms
• Medical and rehabilitation facilities
• Team theatrette
• Analysis room
• Recovery spaces (hot and cold pools and sauna)
• Administration spaces for the NSW Rugby Union (NSWRU) and the Waratahs

CTY Air Conditioning were engaged to carry out the mechanical design and construction package by Kane Constructions. Our comprehensive mechanical system included multiple Daikin VRV heat recovery systems, energy reclaim ventilators, mechanical ventilation systems & a BMCS system incorporating the electrical, hydraulic & fire services throughout.
