SAMIS Central, Ambulance Superstation

CTY Air Conditioning delivered all Air Conditioning & Mechanical ventilation works for the Central SAMIS project.

CTY Air was engaged to undertake the design and construct of all Air Conditioning & Mechanical ventilation works throughout for the Central SAMIS “Ambulance Superstation” project.

This project, an essential part of the Sydney Ambulance Metropolitan Infrastructure Strategy, marks the largest and newest state-of-the-art ambulance centre in NSW.

The new station accommodates for:

• 30 ambulance vehicles and three ambulance motorcycles, proudly serving the metropolitan Sydney communities whilst enhancing operational efficiency and logistics for NSW Ambulance.
• The critical hub for ambulance operations, logistics, and staff amenities consists of 3 floors of mechanically ventilated carparks with integrated CO2 and CO sensors, multiple Daikin Heat Recovery VRV systems and a BMCS system throughout.
• The SAMIS Central project was 1of 3 consecutive NSW Ambulance Super Centre projects that CTY was contracted to deliver to Health Infrastructure on behalf of Kane Constructions.
