SAMIS Randwick, Ambulance Superstation

CTY Air Conditioning supplied and installed all Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation works.

CTY Air was engaged to undertake the supply & installation of all Air Conditioning & Mechanical ventilation works throughout for the Randwick “Ambulance Superstation” project.

The SAMIS ambulance centre projects were conceived to better align NSW paramedics and vehicles to meet patient activity and demand, the super-stations are designed to ensure treatment is received for patients at the right time, in the right way, in a space specifically designed for movement efficiency and user practicality.

CTY Air was engaged to complete the mechanical fit-out on a space that boasts:

• The scope of work included multiple Mitsubishi Electric VRF heat recovery systems, large carpark ventilation systems to serve the ambulances, an extensive co2 control system & a Schneider BMS system serving the mechanical, electrical, hydraulic & fire services.
• The SAMIS Randwick project was 1of 3 consecutive NSW Ambulance Super Centre projects that CTY was contracted to deliver.
